PACKHOUSES

Helwan Export owns two packhouses in Abu Sultan, Ismailia established in 1990 on more than 8000 m2 area, employing more than 600 employees of highly trained experienced staff in their fields. Our packhouses are awarded BRC and regularly reevaluated as required standards of export. The packhouses are fully equipped with innovative packing lines, pre-cooling and cold storage as well as machinery for cleaning, sorting and packing of our products.

Both local and international visiting experts are employed, committed to achieve high quality management to compete with the international challenging market. We focus on providing greater analysis methods on potential hazards, creating new specially designed training courses, increasing emphasis on senior management, demonstrating full commitment to the main aim of achieving and satisfying quality management and product perfection.

Packing materials have to be agreed upon with clients ahead of the season in order to arrange for the import of the required material as needed. As a term of supply; all packing materials must be Food Grad. We pack our products according to its need within cartons, plastic bags, nets, punnets, etc. depending on its state: high risk, low risk, size, fragility to keep product as fresh and healthy as it would be.
